Working with schools & youth groups, I've created cooking courses which inspire, educate and excite children of all ages. Affordable, simple and delicious recipes to create as a group, or take away and create individually at home.
Included in the course is learning where our food comes from, how it's grown and what nutrition is needed in our bodies - a life skill never to be forgotten. I simply adore working with children, watching their minds flourish ideas onto a plate. My recipes are simple but encourage all abilities to have a go.
How It Works
All my courses and classes can be entirely tailored to you. Wether it's a personalised menu or inspiration for everyday cooking, I can create personalised ingredient & recipe cards to help little shoppers gather up their ingredients. Videos guiding step by step are then posted onto my website and encouragements given throughout.
Videos can be uploaded to a password protected area, allowing your school/group primary access to your chosen menu.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 READY ROLLED SHEET OF PUFF PASTRY
• 1 LARGE EGG
• 10 RIPE CHERRY TOMATOES (AS NICE AS YOU CAN GET)
• OLIVE OIL
• 1 BALL OF MOZZARELLA - TO DECORATE TART WITH
• 1 TUB FRESH PESTO - TO DECORATE TART WITH
• 25G PARMESAN
• FRESH BASIL
• SALT AND PEPPER
• BALSAMIC GLAZE
EQUIPMENT:
PASTRY BRUSH (TO BRUSH PASTRY WITH EGG), 2 MIXING BOWLS, FORK, KNIVES, CHOPPING BOARD, BAKING SHEET, PASTRY CUTTER (OR A CEREAL BOWL, LARGE COFFEE CUP TO CUT AROUND) OVEN HEATED TO 200C.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CHICKEN
• 4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN THIGHS
• 1TSP GARLIC POWDER
• 1/2TSP ONION POWDER
• 1/2TSP CUMIN
• 1/2TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
• 1/2 TSP CHILI POWDER
• 1/2 TSP SALT
• 2 FRESH LIMES
• OLIVE OIL
• PACKET OF TACCOS - ENOUGH FOR 2/4 EACH
• SOUR CREAM
FOR THE SALSA
• 4 MEDIUM TOMATOES
• 1 RED ONION
• FRESH PARSLEY
• 1/2 TSP SUGAR
• SALT AND PEPPER
FOR THE GUACOMOLE (THIS SERVES 8 PEOPLE)
• 1 LARGE TOMATO
• 3 AVOCADOS
• 1 LARGE LIME
• 1 PACKET OF FRESH CORIANDER
• 1/2 RED ONION
• 1 RED CHILLI
• SALT AND PEPPER
